CAR RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The car is provided to you directly by us or through an agent. Our authority, which guides our actions, depends on our relationship with the car rental company.
These terms apply to any reservation you make on or through our site, so you should make sure you review the information posted on it. Our terms and conditions of the car rental companies we work with contain some exclusions and limitations of liability.
Your booking on this website is subject to your acceptance of our terms. In the event that you do not accept any part of these terms and conditions, you should not continue to make your reservation. By confirming that you wish to reserve a vehicle through this website, you indicate that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not understand any part of the conditions or you have a question about renting a car or any other product, please contact us.
Confirming your booking and accepting payment
In most cases, we will confirm your booking immediately by sending an email to the address you have provided with the booking. Sometimes we need to wait for information from the car rental company to confirm the availability of the car. We will immediately inform you about this and block the funds on your payment card. As soon as the availability of the car is confirmed, we will inform you and debit the money from your card.
Before confirming your booking, you can cancel the payment at any time. Click “My Booking” at the top of our website, enter the email address you provided when booking and your booking reference, then click “Cancel Booking”. We will unblock the funds on your card.
It is very rare that a car rental company is unable to confirm the presence of a car. In this case, we will inform you about this and unblock the funds on your card.
If you book a car or other product on our website, we will send you an email confirming the availability of the car or other product within 48 hours after booking (or, at the earliest, no later than 24 hours before the time when you need to pick up the car). We will then send you a booking confirmation.
You will receive the contract only after confirming the booking and the payment is made. All messages are sent by us to the email address you provided when making your booking. For the avoidance of ambiguity, nothing in these terms and conditions confers on any third party any advantage or rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, neither we, nor our affiliates, nor our suppliers or agents are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all information posted on this website.
The voucher (e-voucher) issued by Skyrentacar.eu must be presented to the car rental company upon picking up the rented vehicle. We do not accept responsibility for canceling a rental if you have not presented a voucher / e-voucher.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of signing and accepting documents at the car rental counter.
We are not responsible for the actions of a person driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol / drugs, if such actions result in willful harm, driving on rough terrain or driving without due diligence and care. You are solely responsible for the claims made in such cases. The specified list is not exhaustive.
What is / is not included in the price?
We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the car rental conditions that you will see during the booking process.
Fuel and deposits at the car rental counter
Most car rental companies ask for a deposit at the start of the rental to cover liability on excess of loss, including all expenses during the rental period and in some cases the cost of fuel. A valid credit card with available cash is usually required to make a deposit. The card must be issued in the name of the main driver. Please note that not all car rental companies accept the same types of credit cards and we recommend that you check the Important Information section and / or your car rental agreement when booking to find out what types of cards are accepted. If you have any questions, please contact us. If the car and additional products are returned in the same condition as at the time of rental and in accordance with the rules for refueling, the specified deposit will be returned after the car is returned (please note that it may take up to 30 days for a refund to your credit card) …
Some car rental companies require that when returning the car, the fuel level is the same as when it was received. In other companies, the rules require paying for the first fuel tank and returning the car with an empty tank, in which case you may not receive a refund for the unused fuel.
In case the car rental company charges a fee for fuel, the cost may be higher than the price of the fuel at the local gas station.
Services outside office hours
Many airports can pick you up from your flight and provide you with a car outside of business hours. However, additional charge may be applied for these services, which must be paid directly to the car rental company. We will advise you of the possible additional charge when you confirm the pick-up time in your booking request. If, as a result of a flight delay, the car can only be picked up after the car rental company has closed its business hours, the company may agree to provide you with services outside of business hours, in which case you will be notified of any additional fees. We do not accept any responsibility if the services are not available outside of business hours, in which case we recommend that you purchase insurance for individual travelers. Companies that have car rental counters outside of airports can also provide services after hours.
Minimum / maximum age restrictions
In most cases, the minimum age limit is 21 years. Some car rental companies and some countries may apply additional fees for drivers under 25 or over 65. If you have entered the correct age when requesting a booking, we will notify you of any such fees. Larger vehicles may have higher age restrictions in some regions. If you have any questions or concerns about such restrictions, please contact our Contact Center.
Additional charges may apply for additional drivers, unless otherwise stated in the voucher / e-voucher issued by Skyrentacar.eu. This information can be obtained from our Contact Center.
Daily cost calculation / rental duration / rental extension / late car return
The rental price of your car is confirmed at the time of booking and is calculated on a 24-hour basis. In case you wish to extend the rental period after you have received the vehicle, or if you return the vehicle after the time indicated on your voucher / e-voucher, the contract for such extension of the rental period is concluded directly with the car rental company and the additional time is paid directly to car rental companies at the local daily rate, which may be higher than the rate negotiated with us when booking. The car rental company may also charge additional fees for late return. Additional payment information will be included in your contract with the car rental company.
Late vehicle pick up/ Early vehicle return
The rental period starts and ends according to the pick-up and drop-off dates and times indicated on your voucher / e-voucher. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for unused time in case of late pick-up or early return of the vehicle. If you cannot pick up the car at the agreed time and day, you must contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, we do not guarantee the availability of the vehicle and you will lose your right to receive a refund.
One way car rental
One way car rentals may be confirmed in advance and fees may apply to the car rental company. We will give you an approximate cost upon receipt of your booking request and confirmation of the one-way rental from the car rental company
Child seats and special requests
Child seats, roof racks (not available on some vehicles) and other additional products are available upon request at most locations, however we cannot guarantee their availability. In this case, the car rental company will usually charge a fee. In many regions, a child seat is required by law. Please note that not all vehicles are equipped with rear seat belts. You can get the relevant information in our Contact Center. Such services must be requested at the time of booking.
Delivery and return
Some car rental companies can deliver / collect the car to the specified address. Additional fees may apply for this service, which must be paid directly to the car rental company. We will advise you of any additional fees after you have confirmed pick-up / drop-off times and the address in your booking request. Please note that car rental companies, as a rule, do not provide delivery and return of a car to a private address.
Restrictions may apply when driving your rental car to other countries / states / islands. Thus, in case you plan to travel to the territory of other countries / states / islands, you must inform our Contact Center about it. Traveling to other countries may require additional documentation and local taxes. Restrictions may also apply in remote regions, this information can be obtained from our Contact Center
Cancellation, no-show and changes
In most cases, the following cancellation policies will apply to your booking, however you should check the car rental company terms and conditions for stricter restrictions.
1. To cancel an online order previously made through our website, the client must send an email to the support service firstname.lastname@example.org with a confirmation of booking a car with us (confirmation will be sent to you when you pay for the reservation) with a note in the subject line of the letter “Cancellation”
2. Refunds will be made in the same way and to the same account from which the payment for the car rental was made.
3. Refunds – an advance payment (deposit, partial prepayment online) for car rental is carried out within 14 working days from the date of application for a refund.
4. Cancellation of a car rental reservation does not provide for withholding any commission (in case of mandatory compliance with the terms of cancellation specified in the Terms and Conditions, except for the percentage charged by the bank – about 6% of the amount paid by you.
Cancellation of a fully paid reservation
- If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before the rental start time, you will receive a refund of the money paid.
- If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of pick-up time, you will receive a refund of the money you paid minus the cost of three days of rental.
- If you booked your car for less than three days, no additional money will be charged, however, you will not receive a refund.
- In case of failure to appear at the agreed time and date and / or failure to meet the requirements for providing the necessary documents and / or a credit card in the name of the main driver with sufficient funds to make a deposit for the car, the car rental company may refuse to rent a vehicle. In this case:
- if you contact us from the car rental counter, you will receive a refund of the money you paid minus the cost of three days of rental;
- if you do not contact us at the car rental desk, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation of booking with deposit (partial prepayment online)
- If you cancel your reservation at least 72 hours before the rental start time, you will receive a refund of the money paid minus the amount of the deposit.
- If canceled less than 72 hours, but before the start of your rental time, you will receive a refund of your money minus the deposit or the cost of three days of rental, whichever is the greater.
- If you booked your car for less than three days, no additional money will be charged, however, you will not receive a refund.
- if you want to cancel your booking, but do not inform us about it before the start of the rental;
- you did not pick up the car at the agreed time and date;
- you have not provided the documentation that is required to receive the vehicle;
- you did not provide a credit card in the name of the main driver with sufficient funds to make the deposit.
In all cases of no-show, you will not receive a refund for the money you have paid.
The car rental company reserves the right to refuse to issue a car to a client who does not show up on time with all the necessary documents and a credit card in the name of the main driver with sufficient funds to make a deposit. In this case, if the car rental has not been canceled in advance, the client will not receive a refund.
Amendments (changes to booking)
You can make changes to your booking at any time before the time when you need to pick up the car.
If the time when you need to pick up your vehicle is no earlier than 48 hours, you can do so in the “My Booking” section in the upper right corner.
If you need to make changes to a booking where the pick-up time is earlier than 48 hours, you must contact us.
There is no administration fee for changing the booking, however any changes may affect the rental price. Sometimes (not often) the only way to change a booking is to cancel and re-book, in which case we may charge a cancellation fee on behalf of the car rental company.
If the conditions of your booking change through us
Sometimes, changes to your booking (once accepted) may only be made by us or the car rental company. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible before the time when the vehicle has to be picked up if the proposed changes are unacceptable and you will receive a full refund of the money paid. However, in such cases, we do not assume additional liability for direct or indirect losses that you may suffer as a result of such changes.
The voucher / e-voucher is available upon receipt of the full payment and confirmation of the vehicle by the car rental company. Please note that the confirmation of some vehicles upon request may take longer, in which case we will inform you about it. If you are unable to pick up the vehicle due to failure to provide sufficient documents or a valid credit card, this is considered as a no-show, which means that you are not eligible for a refund. You must have a voucher / e-voucher, a valid national driving license and other documents with you. For other possible required documents, see the “What you need to bring with you” section of your voucher / e-voucher
Each driver is required to have a full valid driver’s license that has been issued for at least 1 year (in some regions at least 5 years, as confirmed during the booking process) prior to booking. Expired or temporary certificates will not be accepted.
When booking a car, you must inform our Contact Center of any special marks / penalty points on your driver’s license. We reserve the right to refuse bookings based on this clause in accordance with the terms of the car rental companies we work with.
The driver is obliged to present his driving license when picking up the car. The driver’s license must be kept during the entire rental period in case of inspection by local authorities.
If the car rental company refuses to provide a car on the basis of unspecified special marks on the driver’s license or due to the fact that you did not provide a driver’s license, its equivalent or other necessary information about special marks, you will not receive a refund of the money paid.
Please note that abroad you may need an international driving license. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure that they know if they are required an International Driving Permit. An International Driving Permit does not replace the requirement for a standard driver’s license: renting a car requires a full driving license in the name of the main driver, and every driver who is required to hold an international driving license must carry both documents at all times. In case an international driving license is required, you cannot receive a vehicle without such an international driving license and your standard driving license.
All drivers are required to check the terms and conditions of the car rental company that provided the vehicle prior to picking up the vehicle, as some regions and companies may have additional requirements.
Important information regarding exchange rates
Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the amount charged to your credit card may differ from the price quoted by us at the time you agree to pay for the product or service. The difference, if any, is subject to fluctuations in exchange rates during the period from the time of booking to the time the charge is reflected on your credit card statement. Likewise, in the event of a refund to your account, we will credit the exact amount that was originally debited, and we are not responsible for currency fluctuations, due to which the amount of the refund may differ up or down.
Vehicle capacity and class
All vehicles have a maximum capacity. We are not responsible if the vehicle does not accommodate all passengers and luggage. Information on the approximate capacity of vehicles of various classes can be found on the website skyrentacar.eu. We are not responsible if the car rental company refuses to provide a car due to too many passengers.
We do not guarantee the availability of a particular car brand or model. The car on your voucher / e-voucher is for information only and the car rental company may provide another car of the same or better class.
Car rental companies reserve the right to refuse to provide a car to any person who is found to be unfit to drive or does not meet specified criteria. We are not responsible for the fulfillment of all elements of the trip, reimbursement, compensation or other costs that you may incur in this case.
The security service of the car рентал цомпаъSky Rent A Car may refuse to provide a car rental service to the client without giving any reason. In this case, the advance payment for car rental is returned in full (minus the bank commission).
Procedure for filing and considering complaints
If you are not satisfied with the rental, please inform us about it as soon as possible, but no later than 3 months after the car has been handed over through the customer service department. If a claim for renting a car was not made when it was returned, it will be difficult for us to consider it. Although you have a contractual relationship with the car rental company when you rent a car, in case of problems we will take steps to assist you by contacting the car rental company on your behalf.
Mechanical defects / faults
In the event of a malfunction or mechanical defect, it is your responsibility to contact the car rental company immediately. The latter must provide permission to repair or replace vehicles. In the event of a traffic accident, contact the local police and car rental company. Keep copies of all documents you complete. They may be required when filing a complaint.
Your rental of any car is governed by the vehicle rental terms and conditions set by the car rental company, as well as the relevant laws of the country and / or state in which the car is rented. Therefore, our terms and conditions of the car rental company apply to you. We do not accept and are not liable for losses, damage or changes that arise as a result of civil unrest, strikes, including strikes by air workers, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disasters, fires or adverse weather conditions, unavoidable technical problems with transport, the closure of airports and ferry ports, as well as heavy passenger traffic, flight cancellations or financial problems of airlines.
Terms of the rental concluded with skyrentacar.eu
Regardless of the booking method, it is important to understand how and when the contract is concluded. The following technical measures must be followed to conclude a contract. When we provide prices by phone or post information about services on our website, we invite you to post an offer to purchase them. You place such an offer only at the time of notifying us of your reservation verbal or by clicking the “Book” button on the “Payment” page.
At the time of verbal notification or when you click the “Book” button, you place an offer to purchase services. We will accept such an offer after we have received the required payment and provided you with the voucher / e-voucher. In the event that, under the terms on which we cooperate with a car rental company, we act as agents, we will accept your offer as an agent on behalf of the car rental company.
We are liable for losses that you incur directly as a result of our breach of this agreement if the losses are foreseeable consequences of our breach of the terms of the contract. Losses are foreseeable when they could have been foreseen by you and us at the time we entered into an agreement. We are not liable for indirect damages that arise as a side effect of major damages or damages and that cannot be predicted by you and us. We are not liable (without limitation) for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or consequential loss, damage or cost.
We are not liable, directly or indirectly through car rental companies, for failure to fulfill or any delay in fulfilling our obligations under this booking, voucher / e-voucher, rental conditions, if the fulfillment of obligations is delayed or difficult or if obligations cannot be fulfilled as a result of circumstances of force majeure. This term means any event beyond the control of the party concerned. In the event that the Force Majeure is more than 14 consecutive days, we may cancel this booking by sending 14 days’ notice to your originally designated billing address and refund all funds paid prior to the Force Majeure.
In some cases, such as the insolvency of the car rental company, we may cancel the reservation by giving a notice within a limited time frame or with the immediate effect of such cancellation. In any case, we will make every possible effort to arrange for the provision of an additional vehicle, however, during periods of high demand this may not be possible. If the customer has paid for the reservation in full and we send a notification no later than 48 hours before the time of picking up the car, the customer receives the entire amount of the money paid. In some unlikely cases, we will provide a customer who has paid in full for the rental with a notice of cancellation within 48 hours of the pick-up time; however, we undertake to pay reimbursement of the entire amount of money paid and cover other foreseeable losses incurred by the client as a result of our breach of the terms of the agreement. If the client has provided a deposit when booking and we send a notification no later than 7 days before the time of picking up the car, the client receives the full amount of the money paid. In the event that we provide a customer who made a deposit with a notice of cancellation 7 days before the time of collection of the vehicle, we will pay a refund of the entire amount of money paid and cover other foreseeable losses incurred by the customer as a result of our breach of the terms of the agreement.
Making a booking, buying or requesting products or services
Verification of the information provided may be required prior to confirming a booking, purchase or order. Unless required by law or otherwise expressly indicated by us, price, rate, and availability of products or services are subject to change without notice. You acknowledge that reservations, purchases and services are subject to additional terms and conditions set by us or by the car rental company that provides your vehicle.
You may not use any device or software to directly or indirectly connect or attempt to connect to this website in order to retrieve information and / or any other data, including prices. It is also prohibited to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of this website. Any activity that, in our opinion, is causing an inappropriate load on our systems will be terminated. We constantly monitor visits to our website, and the actions of any automated systems or persons performing an unreasonable number of search actions in order to access information and / or prices will be terminated, while access to our website for such systems / persons will be blocked. Your use of the website indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms.
Completed testimonials may be uploaded to our website solely to inform buyers of your opinion on the services and quality of the car rental company, and may also be used in whole or in part by skyrentacar.eu on our platforms, social networks, newsletters, special offers , in mobile applications and other channels that are owned, used or controlled by skyrentacar.eu. By submitting a review, you agree to the above-mentioned procedure for its use. We reserve the right to correct, reject or delete reviews at our discretion.

In all cases permitted, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Bulgarian law in accordance with the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

Additional conditions if you rent a car directly from Sky Rent A Car
- Unlimited mileage when renting more than 4 days (rent up to 4 days up to 200 km / day, surcharge 0.06 € / km)

Requirements for the car renter:
The person renting a car must provide an identity document (passport, ID card), a driving license (and a control card for Bulgarian citizens) valid until the end of the rental period and a credit / debit card.
The renter must present a valid driving license of at least 4 years with a control coupon, ID or passport. The minimum age is 25.
Renters under the age of 25 or with a driving experience of up to 3 years pay a Young Driver tax of 6 euros per day and a double deposit (for some car classes, additional restrictions are possible). Confirmation from the company is required in any case.
In order to be able to use any discount it is necessary to have at least one completed and paid reservation
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. In case of delay in returning the car after the expiration of the rental agreement without warning, the client pays forfeits: up to 4 hours – one day of rental; 4-8 hours – two days of rent, more than 8 hours – three days of rent.
Payment method and deposit:
When booking, you can make a partial prepayment (15% of the final price) or a full prepayment by credit / debit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Payment by card takes place on the basis of “Ge 2 Group” – the name of our company. If a part of the amount is prepaid, the Client is obliged to pay the rest of the amount when renting a car. Possible payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, bank transfer or cash. Car rental is accompanied by the payment of a guarantee amount by a card (Visa or MasterCard) issued in his name or in cash. When paying in cash, the amount of the deposit is increased by 100%. The company reserves the right to refuse a cash deposit.
The procedure for paying the deposit and refunding the deposit amount using a credit card
On the day of car registration, the customer must leave a deposit on a credit or debit card issued in his name. The deposit will be blocked (authorization) by the card, and upon return, after checking the car, it will be unblocked (cancellation of authorization).

It is concluded for an additional fee at the request of the client and gives the following rights:
• Restoration of the deposit in case of damage to tires, wheels, windows and chassis.
– Superinsurance CDW + TP
It is concluded for an additional fee at the request of the client and gives the following rights:
• Recovery of the deposit in case of damage (Does not apply to damage to tires, wheels, windshield and chassis.)
“Full protection” / Insurance “Full coverage”:
It is drawn up at the request of the client for an additional fee and gives the following rights:
- Refund of the deposit in case of damage or theft, including damage to wheels, tires, windows and chassis.
- Replacement of the car in case of damage, fire (provided at the nearest office of the company)
- Free tow truck in case of damage, fire in the territory of R. Bulgaria
- Exempt from paying an administrative fee in case of an incident
When paying for “Full protection”, the client is completely released from liability in case of damage or theft with the obligatory provision of the CAT protocol (DPS) and the return of documents and keys of the rented car and is not valid in the presence of narcotic, alcoholic or other types of intoxication. If the client has not provided the necessary documents from the CAT (DPS) about the accident, the full amount of damage to the car is paid for, as well as the number of rental days until the car is fully repaired. If the client has not provided the necessary documents from the CAT (DPS) about theft or damage, he is responsible and pays the full insurance cost of the car. The purchase of “Full protection” does not cover missing, lost or stolen parts or accessories, as well as damage to the interior of the car (interior, scoreboard, seats, trunk lining, etc.). Lost documents, car radio panel, CD, reg. number, GPS navigation or car keys are paid according to the official price list on the company’s website. In case of cancellation of “Full protection” / Insurance “Full coverage” in case of damage to the car, a one-time administrative fee of 100 € + tax is charged according to the official price list, available at the office of the company.
The car is provided with a full tank. When returning a car with an incomplete tank, the customer pays for the missing fuel at the price of 2.50 € / l. and a tax of 20 €. An exception is the case when the car was rented with an incomplete tank, in which case the amount of fuel at the time of the car rental will be indicated in your contract.
One way rental:
Upon prior request, it is possible to pick up and return the car to another city or to Sky Rent A Car office and to other countries. Examples of one-sided rental HERE.
Upon prior request, it is possible to deliver the car to another city or resort where there is no Sky Rent A Car office. Delivery time may vary within 90 minutes from the one you specified. Additional fees apply.

Additional driver and additional equipment:
Upon receipt of the car, the client and each additional driver who will drive the rented car must personally provide up-to-date documents – an international passport or ID card, a driver’s license (and a control card for Bulgarian citizens) valid until the end of the rental period and a credit / debit card. For the use of additional equipment, a charge is charged per day according to the price list:
Car rental outside office hours:
In the case of renting and returning the car after hours, a fee of 20 € will be charged. Working hours: Monday – Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00. On official public holidays – Easter, Christmas (24.12., 25.12., 26.12.), New Year (31.01., 01.01.) An additional fee is charged: from 09:00 to 19:00 – 20 €; from 19:00 to 09:00 – 40 €.
Car rental outside the country:
It is possible to rent by prior request and approval to the neighboring countries of Bulgaria (Greece, North Macedonia, Serbia, Romania and the European part of Turkey). An administration fee is charged depending on the class of the rented car. The specified administration fee is charged when visiting one of the listed countries. For each subsequent country, the client pays an additional tax of 100% of the tax for the first country. The deposit is doubled accordingly: After confirmation from the supplier, the Client must send at least three working days before the start of the rental period legible scanned copies of the driver’s license and passport in order to issue the necessary documents. Limitations are possible.
Cancellation / change conditions:
Cancellation / modification of a reservation that has already been confirmed is possible 72 hours before the start of the rental at no additional charge. If you cancel / change your reservation less than 72 hours before the start of the lease, 15% of the final cost of the lease will be charged, but not less than the car rental fee for 1 day. In the event that the reserved car is not available, the client is provided with an alternative car of the same or higher class at no additional charge. The prepayment made upon pre-order will be refunded if an alternative vehicle cannot be provided.
In all cases of no-show, when the car has not been canceled in advance, the amounts paid by the CLIENT is non-refundable and the booking will be canceled. Client’s failure to appear means cases when the CLIENT :
- Wishes to cancel the booking, but did not notify us before the start of the rental;
- Due to circumstances, he could not pick up the car at the agreed time and date and did not notify us. The exception is clients who indicated that they were arriving by plane and provided a flight number, and their delay was caused by a delay or cancellation of the flight.
- Cannot provide a valid ID and driver’s license required to pick up the vehicle;
- Does not have the means to pay the full cost of the reservation and / or cannot leave a deposit for the car in accordance with the conditions for the respective class.
Renewal of the renting:
If the client wishes to extend the car rental agreement, the client needs to send a request by e-mail or contact the company’s reservation department by phone to declare their desire to extend the booking period. The rental price for renewal is calculated according to the current price list of the company, based on the total number of rental days. We recommend that you declare your desire to extend the contract as early as possible in order to avoid additional costs.
When the “travel abroad” service is declared in the rental agreement, when the power of attorney is renewed for up to 7 days, a one-time administrative fee of 20 euros is charged. If the lease is extended for more than 7 days, permits for traveling abroad must be reissued. In this case, the cost of issuing documents is charged according to the price list.
IMPORTANT! After the company confirms the possibility of extending the rental period, the client must pay for the additional rental days in order to confirm the renewal of the contract. After making the payment, the necessary documents for traveling abroad (if provided by the contract) will be available at the office of the company where the car was provided. Sky Rent A Car is not responsible for the consequences if the client does not appear to accept the documents.
Please note that Sky Rent A Car reserves the right to change the rented car for another one /similar or a higher class/.
